Back-Up Your Data
Why
Devices in this day and age are mostly irreplaceable, you’ve got your whole life in there, pictures, videos, contacts, essays, dissertations etc. The reason to back-up files is simple, not to lose the files important to you. We’ve all been in a situation where you drop your phone in water and you fear that you lose all the data you’d never gotten round to backing up. This blog will detail easy ways to back up your data so you don’t lose your information.Tips
The best advice I can give you is to plan for a total loss (theft of your phone/laptop etc). I’d also suggest you look into using a cloud storage (OneDrive, DropBox or iCloud), not everyone is comfortable with this so research it if you are unsure. Furthermore, have a look at our post on passwords as they are also a huge security risk. Lastly, if you decide to start backing up your data do it regularly so if something was to happen you have minimal impact.
